By accessing or using TradeHeavenAI (“the Platform”), including our website, dashboard, AI tools, token, or any associated applications, you (“User”) agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by the TradeHeavenAI Core Team and Community DAO.

• All services and information are provided “as is” and for informational or research purposes only. Nothing is investment advice or a financial solicitation.
• Users are responsible for their own actions and compliance with their local laws and regulations.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at our sole discretion, especially in the case of fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
• Platform features, tokens, and eligibility requirements are subject to change as per DAO/community or team decisions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform or any associated services.

TradeHeavenAI is committed to respecting your privacy. As a non-custodial, Web3-first platform, we collect minimal data by design. Your on-chain activity is public on Solana, but we do not track or profile users for advertising.

• What We Collect: Wallet addresses for login, on-chain interaction data, opt-in email addresses (for updates/news), Discord/Twitter handles (for airdrop or referral eligibility).
• What We Do Not Collect: Private keys, wallet seeds, financial or government ID data (unless explicitly required for KYC on certain reward programs; see below).
• How We Use Data: For platform analytics, bug tracking, anti-abuse, airdrop/referral verification, and to improve user experience. Data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
• Cookies: Minimal session cookies and analytics, with no cross-site tracking.
• Opt-Out & Deletion: Email us at privacy@tradeheavenai.com to request deletion of any data linked to your email or Discord handle.

• Control of Assets: All funds remain in your self-custody wallet. Never share your private keys or seed phrase. The team/admins will never DM you for this information.
• Fair Use: Do not exploit, attack, or abuse the Platform, its smart contracts, APIs, or community channels. Botting, Sybil, or spam attacks will result in a ban and forfeiture of all rewards.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and comply with local laws and restrictions. Residents of certain jurisdictions may not be eligible for rewards, airdrops, or private sales.
• Bug Bounties: Users who responsibly disclose bugs/security issues may be eligible for rewards, subject to the Security Policy.

• No Investment Advice: All content, tools, and signals are for informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
• Market Risk: Crypto and DeFi projects carry significant risk. Prices are volatile and you can lose all your funds.
• Smart Contract Risk: Although audited, all smart contracts can have bugs or be exploited. Only interact with contracts published on this site or verified by the community.
• Jurisdiction: Users are responsible for understanding and complying with their own country’s regulations.
• Third-Party Links: The Platform may link to third-party sites (e.g., Raydium, Galxe, Discord). We are not responsible for their content or security.

• KYC: The core platform does not require KYC. However, certain campaigns (private sales, airdrops, bug bounties) may require basic KYC (country/age proof) for compliance and anti-Sybil protection. We will only request this via the dashboard or Galxe—not by email or DM.
• Compliance: We aim to comply with applicable regulations but do not guarantee legal eligibility in every jurisdiction. Please consult a local professional if in doubt.
